Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds are handled for Apex Robotics commercial products and services.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to commercial transactions directly contracted with Apex Robotics. Website access and general product information are provided without charge and are not subject to refunds.

Project and service engagements

For engineering services, pilots, and custom integration projects, payment and refund terms are defined by the signed commercial agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, paid milestone work is non-refundable once delivered.

Hardware and platform orders

For hardware, platform, or deployment packages, refunds and returns are handled according to the applicable purchase agreement, statement of work, or order form, including any acceptance and warranty provisions.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly to sales@apexrobotics.io. Eligibility for partial refunds depends on incurred costs, production status, and contract obligations at the time of cancellation.
